    Pros +

    • Is good
    • Badly
    • The staff were very friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Ms. Lan helped us book a wonderful family tour she was always kind and eager to find the best deal for us. Not only the front desk staff, but also the bellman and housekeepers were always smiling and made us feel very welcome. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality.

    Cons -

    • Objectively:This is a bad hotel:Billed as a 4-star hotel, but actually only a 2-star one.Their entire business policy is to charge the client the maximum price one time, without offering any service in return. It all started when the hotel ordered a transfer for me and quoted a price. As it turned out later, they charged 2.5 times the normal rate. The room they assigned me had no natural light. The windows overlooked some stone wall. The receptionist started claiming it was my fault. That I had booked exactly that room.I've lived here for quite a while, but I've never lived in a room without natural light. What architect could have come up with such a design???Of course, I refused to move into this "prison cell."The receptionist didn't even want to talk to me. When I asked to contact management, he said everyone was busy.I'm not sure he even called anyone. Only the intervention of Booking.com's customer service helped resolve this issue, for which I am very grateful. The rest of our stay was, of course, much more pleasant, but that doesn't mean there weren't other issues. In particular, the very limited breakfast and the poorly functioning elevator.I will never return to this hotel again.
    • As a small suggestion, the pillows were a bit too soft for me, so I sometimes had to use two to sleep comfortably improving this could make the sleeping experience even better. The mini fridge didn’t keep the drinks very cold, but it still worked fine.Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book a room at Paralia again on my next trip!
    • Very poor selection of food for breakfast no cereals no coffee no milk very noisy guests especially if your in a room by the lifts

Prison cells should not be sold as hotel rooms.

We were put in a room reminiscent of the prison in the ‘The Silence of the Lambs’ movie. Our view from the large window was of a stone wall with no sunlight, however as we are NOT vampires this was not what we expected when on holiday. We were told we were allocated this room because we had “only booked a superior room” I questioned what their interpretation of the word ‘superior’ was but I didn’t receive a response except that there was no other room. We did not complete our full stay. On telling them that we were leaving early, their only reaction was to make sure I understood there would be no refund.

The location is perfect to enjoy beautiful Khem beach; staffs are helpful and friendly; hotel is clean, great value for the price, and breakfast buffer is delicious from 7 to 10am, perfect timing. I absolutely want to come back to stay here for long term stay.

    Close to the sea

    Food was terrible and expensive

    9RaduPosted on: 12-20-2024

Very close to Khem Beach. The rooms are big and the beds are the best.

The room was very clean when we arrived but we stayed one week and the everyday cleaning wasn’t properly done.

    8Ly-beauraviPosted on: 12-9-2024

It was very near the beach we had everything we needed and rooms were very clean . Lady that works in reception was always smiling and helped for whatever we needed .

First room we booked we didn't have window . I found this little bit weird but everything else was OK.

    9AdrianaPosted on: 11-30-2024

Friendly and nice staff, the hotel is very close to the beach, so the location is great!

    Breakfasts could be more varied.

    9KENNYPosted on: 9-6-2024

Locate right next to Khem beach. The best beach in the entire island. My room is quite small but was good enough for one person. The room is clean and well ventilated. The staff are all nice and attentive.

I will say I’m picky but imo the foods aren’t as tasty as the local foods. The price is also kind of high. However given the nature of the location it’s understandable

    9TôPosted on: 8-27-2024

Breakfast buffet is ok, how ever the more diversity in dishes is highly recommended. Highly appreciate atmosphere and staff attitude. Like the way of receptionist while serving.

The noisy sound of water flow at night, maybe through pumping system to tank or so..

    9CongPosted on: 1-6-2024

Location is ok, a bit far from main town and other attractions. The breakfast is average, lack of variety. But in general satisfied with our room and services from staff. Price is fair.

    9MichailPosted on: 1-4-2024

Very clean and professional hotel. Friendly staff.

The hotel is splitted in two different entrances (40 meter apart). We were not in main building. So to get to pool and restaurant/breakfast we had to go outside and walk 40 meters.

    9EleanorPosted on: 11-25-2023

Lovely modern rooms, huge comfortable bed, a few minutes walk from the beautiful Khem beach. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommended!

    8ThomasPosted on: 11-21-2023

Very nice and comfy bed. Very clean.

Only one chair in the room. The breakfast has very few choices. English very poor at the reception. About 500m from the sea. Only one restaurant near by and a mini market. Its a ghost town

    10Ed R.Posted on: 9-11-2023

Close to Khem beach, clean & quiet unlike other beaches in the island.

This hotel still caters only to Vietnamese. They have no vegetarian dishes or more international simple dishes (chicken soup, for ex.). Also, they need to explain that the hotel is set up in 3 separate buildings. One has the pool. Another has the restaurant.
